With deep expertise across financial services, professional services, higher education, consumer goods, healthcare and nonprofit industries, she brings a broad, solutions-driven perspective shaped by both agency and corporate roles.

Megan specializes in strategic messaging, thought leadership and crisis communications, developing programs that advance clients’ business goals and drive long-term impact.

Megan joined the agency in 2013 and has been a driving force behind its growth and evolution, acquiring ownership alongside John Reynolds in 2025.

John Reynolds - Co-Owner & Principal

John Reynolds is a seasoned PR leader who helps organizations earn meaningful visibility that moves the needle. As an expert media relations strategist, he oversees clients’ PR programs and works regularly with top-tier outlets like The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. Under his leadership, the firm and its clients have won numerous awards for media relations campaigns.

John brings a growth mindset to every engagement, continously innovating and hungry for results.

John has been instrumental in shaping the agency’s direction since joining in 2014. He became co-owner alongside Megan Yocum in 2025.
