Members of the Public Relations Global Network meet next in Singapore for their annual conference in October 2022.
The event will be kicked off with the PRGN Asia Summit on Oct. 12, 2022 -- an open part of the member conference guests from around the world are welcome to join and follow online.
The summit will include panel sessions on global and Asian economic and political outlook with focus on China, as well as sustainable investing and ESG frameworks.
The panels will run from 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. SGT and 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. SGT

Manoj Pradhan, Founder of the independent macroeconomic research firm Talking Heads Macroeconomics, and Prof. Kong Yam Tan, a professor of economics at the Nanyang Technological University, will join PRGN members for a 75-minute session to shed light on the dynamics of global and Asian economics and politics, with focus on the influence of China.
Wy-En Yap, Director of Mileage Communications, PRGN’s agency member in Singapore, will moderate their discussion.
The session will be opened by remarks from PRGN President David Fuscus and host of the Singapore event Boh Tiong Yap, Founder and Chairman of Mileage Communications.

Speakers of Panel 1
Founder of the independent macroeconomic research firm Talking Heads Macroeconomics.
Based in London, he specializes in the analysis of global and emerging markets macroeconomic trends, and their implications for financial markets. Previously Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he led the 'Global Economics' team. Manoj will present on the global macro-outlook, focusing on major economies such as the US, Europe and Japan and including salient topics such as stagflation and demographics.
A professor of economics at the Nanyang Technological University.
Over his career he has held many roles, including assistant director in the Monetary Authority of Singapore, senior economist at the World Bank office in Beijing, chief economist of the Singapore government and head of department of strategy and policy at the National University of Singapore business school. He was also the director of the Asia Competitiveness Institute at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Prof Tan will present on "Political Economic Perspectives: China, ASEAN, and the APAC region".

He is a senior investment analyst and strategist at Neo-Criterion Capital in Singapore, which specialises in pan-China equity investments for large institutional investors such as sovereign wealth funds, pension and endowment funds, and family offices. Wy-En spent most of the past decade living and working in China before moving home to Singapore last year. He covers the Chinese financial sector and also formulates A-Share investment strategy. Prior to NCC, Wy-En was Chief Strategy Officer at a hedge fund startup in Singapore.
Frederick Teo, CEO of GenZero, a S$5 billion Temasek Investment platform company, Raghav Kapoor, CEO and Co-Founder of Smartkarma, an independent investment research network, and Ariane Hofstetter, CEO of market research firm Kohorten, will join PRGN member Michael Diegelmann, founder and principal of investor relations and ESG consulting company cometis AG, to discuss how sustainable investment decisions are made and what are the ESG frameworks that shape them.
Mark Paterson, Principal of Currie, a sustainability consulting and communications firm and PRGN’s agency member in Australia, will moderate their discussion.
The session will be opened by PRGN President-elect and outgoing regional vice-president for Asia-Pacific Andy See.

Founder and Principal of cometis AG, an investor relations and ESG consulting company in Frankfurt, Germany. Michael will speak on issues corporates have on getting ESG Data and ESG Reporting, the problems with ESG ratings and ESG Audits.
