Jenny Ousbey is the Founder and CEO of OVID Health, an award‑winning, independent healthcare communications consultancy specialising in patient advocacy, public affairs and integrated communications. A former political adviser, Jenny established OVID in 2018 to bridge the gap between policy, communications and patient engagement, and to professionalise patient advocacy as a core strategic function for life sciences organisations. She works with global pharmaceutical, biotech and health tech companies across oncology, rare diseases and advanced therapies, advising on reputation, access, advocacy and system change. Jenny is the founder of the global Patient Partnership Index and a recognised industry voice on patient‑centricity, policy influence and creative campaigning. Under her leadership, OVID has grown internationally while remaining values‑led and independently owned.

His background as a masters-qualified professional engineer - overseeing high profile and large-scale innovation projects means he is expert at dealing with the exacting requirements of global procurement organisations.
