Franco

Overview

Franco is a women-owned and led integrated communications agency headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. Established in 1964, the agency has a longstanding reputation for shaping iconic brands and crafting impactful communications programs for a diverse clientele spanning local, national and global markets. Franco’s comprehensive services include public relations, marketing, social media, advertising, creative services, analytics, reporting and crisis and reputation management.
In January 2025, Franco acquired Bianchi Public Relations in a purchase that brought together two of the strongest agencies in automotive and mobility market.
At Franco, we believe in the power of integration, effectively combining owned media such as websites, email and video; shared media like social platforms; earned media through targeted media relations and thought leadership; and paid media encompassing digital, social and traditional advertising channels. This holistic approach allows us to consistently deliver measurable results and strategic value to our clients.
Our commitment to thought leadership is demonstrated through our podcast, "frankly…". This bi-weekly podcast features insightful conversations with industry leaders and Franco experts, exploring the evolving dynamics of integrated marketing and communications.
Additionally, our blog serves as a resource for industry trends, strategic insights and company highlights. Topics include effective social media strategies and crisis communications best practices.
Franco's strength lies in our talented and diverse team, comprising seasoned journalists, former corporate communications specialists and customer service professionals. Guided by our core values, we prioritize continuous learning and professional development. Our team members actively pursue certifications in the PESO Model, email marketing, content creation, social media management and SEO.
Franco is dedicated to driving organizational success through data-driven, people-powered integrated communications.
