Tina Kozak - CEO
Tina Kozak is the first woman and only third CEO in Franco’s history. She became the agency’s majority shareholder and owner in 2024. As CEO, she leads Franco’s culture, values and strategic vision.Â
Tina is known as one of metro Detroit’s most respected crisis communications strategists, advising clients on communications strategy, change management and community relations. Under Tina’s leadership, Franco evolved its services from traditional public relations to integrated communications, significantly growing revenue and expanding its team. Notably, she led Franco’s acquisition of Bianchi Public Relations in January 2025.Â
Before joining Franco in 2007, Tina managed global communications at Metaldyne Corp (now part of American Axle). A Wayne State University graduate and Crain’s Detroit Business 40 under 40 honoree, Tina is passionate about empowering women, mental health advocacy and supporting Detroit’s resilient community spirit.Â
