The 32nd President of PRGN, Andy See Teong Leng is founder, principal partner and managing director of Perspective Strategies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, a strategic communications consulting firm. Andy previously served as Secretary of PRGN as well as its Regional Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region. Andy was also the President of the Public Relations and Communications Association of Malaysia (PRCA Malaysia) for four years between 2018 and 2022.
Founder and President of Xenophon Strategies, Inc. in Washington, D.C. David has enjoyed a career in politics and communications, having previously served as the Chief Spokesman for the U.S. Airline Industry; Deputy Chief-of-Staff to former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge; Director of Communications for the U.S. House of Representative’s Transportation Committee; Press Secretary to former Congressman Bill Clinger (PA) and as a top campaign aide to President George H.W. Bush.
A French native, Natacha Clarac is general director of Brussels-based public affairs consultancy Athenora Consulting, which counsels leading European companies on impacts of new policies developed by European Union institutions. Athenora Consulting works with companies in the fields of banking, insurance and financial services, energy and utilities, tech and digital, healthcare, transport, environment and trade. Natacha builds strategies that help clients participate in the EU decision-making process.
