The Public Relations Global Network (PRGN) announced winners of its 2021 Best Practice Awards today in an online Awards Gala ceremony attended virtually by member agencies from across the globe.
In the tenth year of PRGN’s awards program, member agencies submitted close to 110 entries on client work, agency promotion and campaigns into 22 categories, ensuring that the global best of the bests were awarded golden, silver and bronze awards.
“At the end of every year, the PRGN Awards is a true celebration of strategic thinking, creative ideas and outstanding work done by our member agencies,” said PRGN President, Alexandra Dinita. “Offering the chance to review more than one hundred different campaigns from across the globe, our annual Awards program is also a top opportunity for knowledge exchange and offers inspiration and ideas for future work the agencies do for their clients.”
Winners represented each of PRGN’s geographic groups.
The highest number of awards – two gold, two silver and three bronzes – were presented to Asia-Pacific member agency Perspective Strategies (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). Representing the EMEA region is Spider (London, UK), with a total of six awards – two each from gold, silver and bronze – while Ghidotti (Little Rock, Arkansas) also brought home six trophies – one silver and five bronzes – for the Americas region.
The highest number of gold awards were collected by three agencies, Media Profile (Toronto, Canada), L. C. Williams & Associates (Chicago, Illinois) and OneMulti (Warsaw, Poland).
Other multiple-award winning agencies included:
Roop & Co. of Cleveland, Ohio, a new PRGN member, received five awards (one gold, one silver and three bronzes). Three other agencies collected four trophies each, namely Landis Communications Inc. (San Francisco, California), Media Profile and L. C. Williams & Associates.
Following 2020, the awards program again included two special categories to measure agency performance in the trying times of the Covid-19 pandemic. The winner of the “Agency Management in Covid-19” category was Media Profile, while the gold trophy for “Client Communications in Covid-19” was taken home by Perspective Strategies.
Every year PRGN – a global network that now includes 53 agencies serving clients in more than 55 locations – recognizes its member agencies that generate the most business value and the highest number of business opportunities for other network members with a special prize called the “PRGN Business Power Awards”. This year both the gold trophy for generating the highest volume of business for their PRGN peers and the silver award for referring the highest number of potential new business within the network were won by Landis Communications Inc.
